Hi, I am a current tenant in a 2BR/2BA luxury apartment in Oakton, near the intersection of 123 and 66, and I’m looking for a roommate to move in after May 1st to renew the lease with me. I have lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and I really like it here.

The apartment is roughly 1200 square feet, has a nice kitchen, and there is a full washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom available is about 16’x12’ with a walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The apartment complex has a gym, outdoor pool, and game room, and there are always plenty of parking spaces available.

The location has easy access to Tysons Corner, Vienna, Reston, Fairfax, Falls Church, and there is a bus to the Vienna metro.

Your portion of the monthly rent is $1,100 and the utilities usually run around $85-95 per person for water, electric, and Cox internet. If you have good credit, then there will not be any security deposit. The application fee is $50.

I am a single professional male, 41 years old, and I work in Reston. I am clean, laid-back, respectful of others, and I do not smoke or drink. My interests include movies, alternative health, and nutrition. I am looking to live with someone who is also interested supporting a healthy environment.
