I live at Worthing Place in the heart of downtown delray on Atlantic ave I have a spacious 2/2 large bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, on the first floor with back patio access outside. my daughter recently moved out after having a baby it’s currently not furnished lots of great amenities, near beach, gym, rooftop charming town dog friendly I have one dog let me know if this works and come check it out I’m easy going just want someone responsible who has no problem paying, works, clean, chill, easy going too
