Greene Street

I have a 3 story 2757 square foot house in Germantown near Washington lane and Greene Street in 19144. There is central heat and a/c and I provide an air conditioner and space heater for use as well. There is xfinity wifi along with street parking.

I currently have a fairly large room that would easily fit a queen size bed in it for 700 a month flat rate on my second floor and this includes utilities and internet.

I have both a dog and a cat that are both trained. There is currently one other male who is in his 50’s living with me at this time and he resides on the 3rd floor. He mostly stays to himself. Both of us are gay men but are not together. I am a professional 33 year old black gay male who is a bit of a techy. I have been employed with the same company for 7 years now. I go out more than I stay in however when I am home I am mostly in my room.
