We have a pool, gym, half a basketball court and the complex is surrounded by a golf course. Its very close to everything in Derby so its ideal.

Hello, I’m Donni. I have a room available at the Trails Apartments in Derby. It’s 1100 sq ft.. Your room includes a bathroom with shower, and 2 closets. The place is basically furnished (by me) with the exception of what would be your room. Including rent and utilities, the price is 585, but I’m open to negotiation, I’m very chill. I like to be clean but not immaculate. As long as we communicate, I’m a great roommate :) Biggest thing about living with me is my two cats. I am a stern cat dad and they are decently well behaved.
