One bedroom is available for rent in a 5-bedroom home on a 2 plus acres of land. Home is located in a peaceful, fully fenced and gated. Bedroom is on second floor with loaf (separated from other 3 bedrooms) and a share bathroom with one roommate. It is about 20-minute drive from Escondido and a short drive to Recon Harris and Valley View Casino. Rent is 1,050 a month which include, parking, all utilities and Wi-Fi. Bedroom is furnished and if you prefer to bring some of your furniture that would be fine too. Laundry and dryer on site. Property has multiple citrus trees to enjoy.

We are a family of 4 who are active, respectful, open communicators and eat mostly healthy food. Two of the four family members go to school while the other two adults work full time. On our free time, we read, watch TV and work on our garden. We are looking for one respectful roommate who is responsible, clean, non-smoker and work full-time.
