All tenants share the laundry facilities You will also have your own private refrigerator in the garage. You will share the bathroom with one other renter. Bathroom has a shower and tub. You will share the kitchen with the other two renters, one male, one female. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. You will be able to park in the driveway. I am a working professional, a dental hygienist, for 40+ years, currently living at my other property in Bellflower, doing some maintenance and upgrades. I rent my La Mirada home to my youngest daughter, who just graduated college and works as a Behavior Analyst as well as a yoga instructor. She is the house manager and my landlord by proxy I also rent to a young man who works at a nearby nursing facility as a PT assistant. Both tenants are quiet, respectful, and friendly.
