Looking for a (female) roommate who won’t mind sharing apartment with 1 bed, 1 bath, located 1 minute walking distance from Uptown Whittier!! Roommate can take the living room as I have an extra air mattress. Fridge, AC, microwave, stove, oven, furniture, and air mattress already provided. Rent is currently 700.00, but will go up to 800.00 when rent does go up, while we also will split utilities.

I personally live alone with my 7 yr old son staying with me 2 days of the week, and every other weekend only. I am also a producer, songwriter, love sports, a gamer, into art and cultures, open minded, intelligent, fun, caring, and love cooking. I am currently attending college and working. Looking for good vibes, a person who cleans up after themselves and carries themselves appropriately.
