Hello everyone! I’m searching for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom of my two-bedroom apartment at the Broadstone Archive starting April 21st. The apartment comes with a private room and bathroom, access to a gym and pool, an in-unit washer/dryer, A/C, and private parking. I graduated from Chapman University in 2021 and currently work in finance in Newport Beach. I focus on my work on the weekdays, but on weekends, I like to hang out with friends. I’m ideally looking for a young professional to share the apartment with. The rent is approximately $1,600 per month after utilities.
