Room for rent in cute two story house in a clean, safe, and quite neighborhood of Harlan Ranch. The community pool is 300 feet away. You will have a private bathroom in front of your upstairs room with convenient street parking only a few feet from the front door. You have a full use of the kitchen ( including cookware and flatware), living room and full laundry facilities across from your room. The master bedroom is occupied but she spends most of her time outside of Clovis. Overnight guests are not permitted. All utilities are covered including electricity, gas, and high-speed WiFi.

The ideal roommate would be someone who has a full time job or a student full time. He/ she must be respectful and can clean up after themselves.
