You have your own private room , on the bottom floor, share with 1 other roommate of the other room rent out. Free internet, electric. Have to keep the house clean, basically clean after yourself, animal friendly cause we have a very spoil dog which he’s like a son to us. No smoking, no party.

We’re working people, we have a dog he’s spoil and we treat him like he’s our son, we only want someone who wants to live here is dog friendly, we have 1 other roommate who live upstairs, she’s never home, she’s always working, and when she get home she doesn’t come out, she only stay in her room, we respect each one privacy, our neighbor are very nice , it’s a very peaceful community
