Complex has laundry facilities, a pool, and is centrally located to all local colleges, is close to Alhambra, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Los Angeles, and just 10 minutes to the 10, 710, 110, 134, and 210 freeways. -No pets -No smoking, marijuana or drug use permitted.

I’m respectful, financially responsible, chill, and work M-F 6am-4pm. I like watching sports, playing video games, and hanging out with my church friends. No wild parties or noise after reasonable hours in the apt. and looking for the same in a roomie.
