you would have own bedroom and bath and walk in closet! great location next to angel stadium, all the cool breweries, such a nice and fun area to be in! new kitchen ware and even a wine cooler. Laundry inside apartment unit which is a bonus, the apartment has two big pools, fire bits, 2 rex rooms, a roof top where you can watch fireworks from angel stadium and disneyland! two gyms as well, mail room, vending machines, games, several barbecue hangout areas. Brewheim right behinds is gives you discount for living here, there is so many great things about living here! the Maintenance crew is also on top of it too. Overall I love love love living here!

I am currently trying to move back home to work and save up and continue schooling. I am looking for someone to take over lease as soon as possible. The lease does renew in October. Currently, I do have a roommate that would be staying up until lease ends (and if you guys want to renew together then obviously past that… aka maximum time is up to you how long you’d stay but at least for now would be a little over 7 months if moved in February ) However, I am sure you’d want to meet with him first and we can arrange that. He is very kind, understanding, responsible and works a lot ( Chef at Roy’s) and stays in his room mostly, he gives a lot of space but is friendly to be around!
