Subdivision is on the Clermont /Groveland border.it is centrally located and is 5 to 10 minutes drive from Lake Sumter State College and University of Central Florida (Clermont campuses ), close to shopping, restaurants and busline.

Free rent and use of washer and dryer however, must be able to contribute to the household by paying for some utilities and helping out around the house.
