Hi - looking for female to take over my room. Non-smoking. Spacious apartment has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer. Outdoor parking extra $150. Unit is a spacious bedroom - you would share a bathroom with one other roommate. Building is 2 blocks from beach and about 6 blocks from boardwalk. Super close to entrance to Meadowbrook AND the Long Beach Bridge, so save on tolls! Utilities are approx $100/mo (usually less). Model pic of bedroom is being shown as I’m currently packing. Would like to leave my full size bed and dresser for good price. Both are super expensive and high quality, real wood and under 3 years old. Will need to complete application and credit check.
