Colleen's room

One mainly unfurnished bedroom available in my 2br condo— outgoing roomie will be leaving chair, desk, and mattress topper, incoming roomie can take those or they will be given away. 1 shared bathroom. The building is small, in a quiet neighborhood. Rest of unit is furnished. Everything is included except for laundry, which is shared with building.

I am a graduate student in my late 20s and I work full time. I have two nice cats that I fully take care of, but roomie must be cat-friendly as they have free roam of the apartment. I am generally pretty quiet, but sometimes work late hours or stay up to watch tv. I am looking for a roommate in their 20s or 30s, no smoking please.
