Rent is priced for one individual. Price will change for 2 people and capacity is 2 persons MAX. Owners live on site, amenities are included but shared with owners it is asked to please be considerate and use utility saving methods. Mail is checked on a daily basis and will be distributed to renter on a daily basis. Must be pet friendly as a dog is on site, no other pets allowed. On-site storage is not permitted. Parking is widely available on street. *If proper utility saving methods are not being met, a fee can be charged in order to suffice extra costs.
