House is set up perfectly for roommates as the other 2 rooms are on the other side of the house. Shared bathroom between the 2 rooms for rent. 2 living rooms. Big kitchen. 1 female nurse and 1 male professional golfer occupy the master bd room. 5 year old here 50 % of the time. $1300/month: includes electric, water, internet and cable. We just ask that you keep your side of the house clean.
