Alejandro's room

Available for move in September 1st. We are looking for one more roommate in this spacious apartment. The room is going to be vacant starting September. The apartment is located in a dead end street so it is usually calm without noise almost all day and night.

The unit has a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. You will have your private bedroom (shown in the photos), and share a bathroom with only one other roommate. In the common area is a modern kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom, downstairs gym (We are still acquiring machines for it), shared backyard patio and pool. We have a laundry with very new Washer&Dryer free to use. The apartment is fully furnished in the common areas - the bedroom ready for your personal touch. You will also have one space in the driveway for parking your car. Tenants share the utility costs of gas heating, electricity and internet. No pets, no smokers, please!

Disclaimer: We could not open the pool this year due to some repairs that needs to be done to the retaining wall during the year but we expect that next year it will be full swing!

We are 2 male working professionals in middle 30’s and 40’s (fully vaccinated with 3 doses each). We are both engineers and very chill but can occasionally make some gatherings with friends at home, especially if the pool is open.
