About the room:

Unfurnished, Second bedroom in a 3bed/2.5 bath condo in Pentagon City. The room comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, and desk. The room has a decent closet with some adjustable shelving, there is also a large window with a big window sill that makes a great reading nook.

The room shares a hall bath with one roommate, and all roommates share access to a linen closet, and two other storage closets in the apartment.

About the apartment:

Partially furnished (still some room for you to bring your own furniture and style to the space!) large living space and massive kitchen. Laundry room off the kitchen has washer/dryer and some storage cabinets. The unit has one assigned parking spot but also has access to two “reserved” spots in the neighborhood, with permit. Ample storage (linen closet, coat closet, indoor storage closet, and outdoor storage closet) and nestled in a great spot in Arlington. .3 miles to the Pentagon city metro, .5 miles to Crystal City Metro. Tons of shopping, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Rent includes water/sewage and trash. Internet is $30.91/month and electric is between $30-65/month

I’m moving for work and am looking for someone to finish out my lease. The roommates are two young professionals in their mid-20’s to early-30’s, and a 7 year old cat. (The cat is very friendly and snuggly, but does not get along well with other animals). Both humans primarily WFH but go in to the office on occasion. Both are friendly, kind, and respectful individuals, who enjoy hanging out at home as well as exploring the area and all it has to offer. As roommates, we’ve had many a pizza/pasta night, shared lots of home-baked goodies, binge watched several TV shows together, and enjoyed hosting game nights and gatherings when safe to do so. I’ve loved living here and sharing the space with these two!
