Hello!

I’m moving to LA for work and looking to share this house with a like-minded person.

The house: cute bungalow; tons of potential; spacious yet cozy; completely unfurnished; gated yard and driveway; wonderful porch; perfect location; plenty of storage. The photos are from before the interior was completely cleaned and painted, so will be way more tidy upon move in date.

The room: not huge but comfortable for bed and a desk, large closet with built in drawers, bright, entrance off the kitchen towards back of the house. Bathroom access from room.

Me: 31, just finished grad school and am beginning my career as a landscape designer for a non profit. Social, easy going, and open minded. In the office through the week and occasionally working from home. Into gardening, yoga, camping, biking, cooking, music, design, community organizing, etc.

You: stable employment, responsible, and respectful. lgbtq+ and bipoc welcome. Prefer folx who share similar values. But down for diversity.

Home: looking for this to be a home and sanctuary. Should be a space of belonging and comfort for both of us. Which requires shared commitment to care for the physical and non physical space created here. So looking for a level of intentionality, accountability, and self-awareness in doing so.
