Orange Grove Boulevard

I apologize to anyone that inquired about this room prior to 07/14, I had issues and lost all contact information. Please use my new contact information. Anyway, To clarify, this is the forward bunk on a boat, the boat is in the water. The room is pretty much for sleeping but the rest of the boat is available at all times. The boat is roomy and comfortable with full deck access. There is a full galley, a nice salon with a table for 4, a sofa to relax. The boat offers allot of outside deck space which is great to sit out and relax or if your into tanning the boat has a large tanning deck. The marina is extremely quiet and very clean. This offer is for someone that likes water scenery and spending time outdoors. A great biking and walking area. Off the boat the marina has stone grills, nice grass and tree areas to sit out. The marina offers their own showers and bathrooms, laundry room, an indoor sitting and reading room with high speed WiFi, in which works flawless on the boat. Myself, I am here 60 to 70% of the time, I fly to Pennsylvania for business.

I just would like someone any age, male or female that is clean, social, and would enjoy this type of life. I do not mind a smoker but only on the main deck or off the boat. I feel that anyone that contacts me would probably be a good fit. Family or friends are welcome at any time. The boat does allow for privacy with respect to all aboard
