Megan's room

It’s a small 2 bedroom, one bath house with an unfinished basement. I have the house pretty much furnished and bought/came with additional appliances (house only came with oven and fridge): portable dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, freezer, and washer/dryer. I would like to split the household monthly(around 100): utilities, internet and orkin(cause spiders suck), +- streaming services. My lease requires a roomate to be accepted by the property management and put on the lease. I’m still settling in and unpacking, but hopefully the pictures help but a good portion of my boxes are in the available room right now.

I am a 36 year old female. I feel like I’m very open minded and easy going. I am looking for the right person to live with as the house is small( about 700sq ft). I have 2 dogs and a cat, so no other animals at this time. The safely of my fuzzheads is priority, so I am looking for a person that loves animals and can respect how to manage them/keep them save (telling them no; when appropriate, not letting them loose, not leaving things about for them to get into ect). My dogs also come to work with me and are not left alone frequently or for long periods. I am also seeking someone that is gun friendly and comfortable with guns in the house. I would like to be able to meet in person as well. I am open to re-organizing, and re-arranging but there really isn’t much room for more furniture in the living room and kitchen, we can figure it out. There is room in the basement for storage as well as I plan on putting a few work out things down there and setting up a dark room eventually. I work around 50 hours a week, and most weekends so I would prefer a non-party animal, I do enjoy the occasional get together and love game nights( cards/boards/Nintendo…the house is full of them). I am a smoker, and I am working on smoking only outside. Update: I currently have one older dog and a cat. I am open to another dog pending my dog and cat get along with it. My girl is old and hasn’t gotten along with many dogs the last few years, she prefers to be left alone by other dogs, kinda a you leave me alone and I leave you alone kinda thing now.
