Great place live, quiet, no smoking, clean, includes utilities, mini fridge in the room, internet, use of kitchen to cook, central air, use of washer and dryer, great community pool, parks, walking trails nearby. There is a walk to park, but an amazing way to live in drama free, safe, and great home in Orange county.

I am in my 50s and have my amazing 13 year old grandson here. We have two rooms and share bathroom on one side of the house. On the other side I rent 3 bedrooms with shared bathroom. I have two available now and one woman in early 60s who has lived her for years. We value privacy, a respectful home.
