There is a washer/dryer in unit but the complex does also come with an additional laundry room. It’s a small gated complex with a large common area with BBQ and outdoor tables. There is also a reserved parking spot in the back.

Hi, my name is Julia. I’m 28 years old and work at a local biotech company hybrid on-site/2-3 days a week working from home. Generally I’m out of town at least once or twice a month traveling or dog sitting for a friend at their house.

In my free time I love to hike, run, and bake cookies. I keep a neat common space and am respectful of my roommates and very communicative. I’m friendly and like to hang out with friends but am generally pretty low key on weekdays.
