This is a 36’ Boat in the water moored in a slip. Your room is the aft (rear cabin). The marina offers excellent parking, a secure area beautiful areas just to sit out, there is a stone grills, great area to walk or bike There is a coin laundry room, a sitting/ reading room in the office marina offers High Speed wifi. From the marina you are 1.5 miles from just about every store that you may need.

I am looking for clean, social person, any age, male or female. You must be into or want to get into living on a boat. I have no problem with someone that smokes just can’t smoke inside the boat. If water, weather, and fantastic scenery is something that you would enjoy, this may be for you.
