Laura's room

Tenant must speak english. My husband and I currently have two non furnished rooms available for rent in our gated community home (cypress reserves) for ladies (no minors, single occupant only - means one person to the room). Secured entry. Heated pool. Security cameras on property inside and out. Shared bathroom with one other. MUST pass a background check! Non smoker working professional preferred. Address is given only upon appointment time.

Lease is for 7 month (shortest we can legally do in our area). Rent includes water and electric. Monthly rent is $600. Security deposit of $600 plus first month’s rent is required upon move in ($1200). Security deposit is refundable upon move out as long as rent remained current and and no damage or distress has been made to the property. Shared areas are the kitchen, living room, game room, and patio/pool.

We do have a bird and two large dogs who do not get along with other pets so no other animals are allowed. Exceptions may be made for small caged/tank inhabitants.
