Cute starter house 3 bedroom Needing to find a roommate to take over now that a roommate is exiting. Room will share the common space bathroom with one other room. Utilities/internet/gas not included in rent.

Worth noting: With 4 people in house we currently don’t share fridge. The house was not rented with a fridge so My sister and I have the kitchen fridge and our other two roommates share a fridge they own located in the garage right off kitchen, it’s not much of a hassle with how close it is to the kitchen!

Hello! My sister and I are looking for a roomie! We are both college students and share a room. And have another roommate moving in one of the rooms not listed on October 1st. We would love to room with girls in similar situations as us. I work for a ministry and do a lot of work on the local campus, shasta college, while also attending Chico state online. The house and kitchen is furnished so not needing any additions. Just the room available is unfurnished. We also have a nice outside area with potential.
