Hey Y’all, My roommate and I are moving out of our super cartwheel spacious double in June. The house comes with a washer, dryer, two bathrooms, and conveniently located to downtown Santa Cruz and Costco. We currently have two other housemates, so in total there are four of us. Therefore, you would be living with two other people both are non-students and are 28 years old. We are seeking two people thru the months of (July 1st- Nov1) for the double. It can be taken as a single if wanted. If you would like to stay for next year’s lease you can do so by signing on to the lease Nov 1st. The rent is $1,333 as a single or $666.50 as a double. We ask you have good credit and if possible, able to get a recommendation letter. Couples are welcomed. Also no pets please. Message me for more info. =) !! Deposit is $2000 for the whole room.
