Ipsi's room

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath + den apartment (approx 1252 sq ft) with pool, gym, etc. It is located very close to various grocery stores, public transport lines, movie theater and many restaurants! The rent from Sept will be $2795 (split 50/50 even i.e. $1397.50 per tenant) + Utilities (split 50/50). This includes a designated covered car port. The unit has in built washer and dryer. The living room is furnished and the bedroom will have a bed and mattress. I believe there is an extra charge for pets.

I am professional female in early 30s. I am outgoing person and love to meet new people. I am clean and not messy (not a clean freak lol); love to hike, camp and a big foodie! So love trying new trails and restaurants. I do not have a pet but love dogs.
