Large private room directly across from University of Redlands. Use of kitchen, washer and dryer. Will need to share bathroom with one other person approx once a month or once every other month for one or two nights.

Hello I am a single 56 year old living in San Diego. I have a small hypoallergenic dog that will be with me when I’m at the house so no other animals will be allowed. There is another room in the house occupied by a very quiet and clean graduate student who has a separate bathroom.
