Larry's room

Seeking a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment in the San Francisco Castro District. I have been living here on my own but rising SF prices are making me consider a roommate.

Ideally looking for a long term situation. The apartment is in a 6 unit building, second floor 1200sq ft. The front room over looking Castro St. would be your room. Parlor doors separate that room from my bedroom. Long hallway with a bathroom off it. The Hallway opens into a large dining room and eat in kitchen. There is a mudroom off the kitchen which leads to the back steps. Common laundry in the back yard. The front room is currently furnished with a couch (Love Sac) which when pushed together forms a queen size bed, TV, cabinet and a few small tables. We can either keep the furnishings or I can put them up for sale.

I am a gay male, working as a personal trainer/ coach with a strong reliable business since in San Francisco since 1997. I do online training as well mostly in the morning. I work out of the room at the back of the apartment so it shouldn’t disturb someone in the front room. In my free time I ride bikes and recently purchased a boat which I will likely be living on weekends meaning you would have the apartment to yourself. I play classical guitar, do practice and have lessons online 2 nights a week. I am a home body when i’m not working, biking or sailing, sober and vegan. Not looking for someone that falls into these categories.
