Hello guys, I’m renting a room with full house access. Quiet house, premium neighborhood, located close to all gyms, restaurants, beaches, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Drive and shopping.

Very nice room , large window, clean, queen bed, 2 night stands, lamps, dresser, bureau and a 55 inch flat screen tv…..Off street parking for 1 car. We like you to think of this as your home, away from all the noise.

Room includes all utilities: *internet *cable tv *Water *central air-conditioning *use of kitchen *Use of in house washer/dryer. *shared bathroom *living room *dining room *Completely fenced in private back yard for sunbathing with an outdoor shower. Chaise lounges, sectional, chairs, table, and gas grill.

We are fun, easy to get along with and looking for the same. Respectful of privacy and work schedules. We work full time, professional hours, chill and do normal activities on the weekends. We are into cars, traveling, cooking, IT, hanging out with our friends and relaxing lifestyle.

It’s a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths, this room is private and its a shared bath. It’s a beautiful single family house, peaceful, quiet in a premium neighborhood in the heart of the city.
