1 Unfurnished room available for August 20th move-in date. Second largest room in the apartment with a closet and two windows. You would be sharing the bathroom with just one other person (Me). Master bedroom has it’s own bathroom. There is a window AC that the last roommate left in there, but honestly I don’t think it works. She never used it and covered the spot with a board. We’re on the first floor and there are steps to walk up so it’s not wheelchair accessible.

Livingroom will mostly be empty. The previous roommate owns all of the furniture, but I wanted to show the size of the space. Fridge is decent size for 3 people. Also, will be more space once the previous roommate removes her things.

LGBTQ+ friendly. I’ve lived in this apartment for 2 years and the location is perfect for getting to the city. Seven minute walk to the 7 (Express Stop) and the R and M line. LIRR is also at the same stop as the 7. I try to keep this place clean so we rotate cleaning the apartment. Simply, no dirty dishes left in the sink and food out in the open overnight. No outdoor shoes inside the apartment.

Laundromat is a 3 minute walk away and a few others nearby. Asian market is open 24/7 hours and Fresh and Save 24/7 hours nearby.

Two guys (including me) will be living here. Looking for more compatibility with the 3rd person who would be taking the room that will be free. This is a house style apartment. Two units are upstairs but they do not have access to our apartment and we don’t have access to theirs.
