Great location; grocery market one block away along with a few shops and restaurants, few miles to Green Lake, Ballard, Fremont & U-District (Woodland Park Zoo, Gas Works Park, etc.) and easy quick access to Aurora without any noise. Amazing view of downtown Seattle. Apartment is in the top corner so very quiet and peaceful plus there are high ceilings in the living room creating a large space and the kitchen has new appliances. Washer and dryer located on each floor. Pets not allowed (might be negotiable with landlord).
