Also available is a nice solid Oak Desk, plus optional use of 40“ 4K Smart TV and/or HP touchscreen All-in-One computer. I offer inclusive one price fixed rental amount, no varying fees or add-ons. Things like paper towels and TP are included; also a monthly cleaning service. No cable TV service ( I do not watch TV), but I do include high speed internet. Plenty of refrigerator space and cupboard space available. New Corelle dishware, two sets of flatware, and good non-stick pans are available. Toaster and small microwave. Honest, open-minded, empathic, laid back, quiet, retired gentleman, I mostly read or tinker on my computers. Good privacy, boundary practices, and communication are offered and expected in return. I am highly sensitive, so no perfumes, colognes, artificial air fresheners. No smoking or drugs. Moderation in cooking odors. COVID precautions used. I am slim-trim, and wear lightweight casual clothes, so the AC is set to 78 or 79. Heat in the winter is set at 72 unless we get really chilled.
