La Alba Drive

I have 1 private room available for rent-unfurnished. Rent is $900 per month all utilities included. We are requiring the deposit, first and last months rent prior to move in date. This room will be available for rent in by September. It is currently being remodeled.

This is located in Friendly Hills, Whittier. It’s a very safe neighborhood.

Walking distance to Whittwood Town Center. Shops included but not limited too: Target, CVS, Ulta, Sephora, Ulta Amazon Fresh, Vons and much more Multiple restaurants 24 Hour Gym & LA Fitness.

I am looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful and will clean up after themselves.

You’ll have access to all the amenities in the house provided everything used is cleaned up, put back and used with respect. We ask that you clean up after yourself and respect the home. You’ll have access to park 1 car in the driveway. There is also street parking available. There is 1 shared bathroom.

Overnight guest(s)will be allowed however if overnight guest(s) continue to stay consistently (as like another roommate) we cannot accommodate your living stay at our home. We are only renting out the room for 1 person.

No parties allowed. Smoking is allowed. However we asked that you smoke outside. No smoking will be allowed in the house. No use of illegal drugs of any kind.

No pets allowed, but must be ok to live with our dog. She is an Italian Mastiff- Cane Corso.

Currently our entire home is undergoing a renovation. We are estimating everything to be completed by early September. However move in date is still tentative. Please feel free to message me for any questions or touring.

My boyfriend and I are the homeowners. We’re both hardworking individuals. I’m currently going back to school to obtain my BSN and my boyfriend works full time. We have 1 dog. We both have great personalities and are easy to get along with. We treat everyone with respect and we expect the same in return.
