Emily's room

Hello everyone! My friend Alissa and I secured a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment and am looking for someone to fill the double. We have our own private side yard, washer and dryer hookups, and storage space. The double room has 2 closets and is right next to the master bathroom. We are about a 2 min drive from target, Costco, and Bevmo. We also have a bus stop that’s a 5 min walk away. Rent would be $685 a month before utilities.The only utilities we will be paying for is Gas&Electric. This would be about $50 a month that would be split between the 3 of us, so around $16 a month per person. We would also pay for WiFi if we wanted it and that would be split evenly as well.
