Furnished bedroom, Private entrance, private bathroom, shared kitchen, and large yard. All utilities and internet included. $35 monthly cleaning fee. No shared wall with anyone else in the house. It is very private and quiet. The house is located few blocks from Cal Tech in a very nice, quiet, safe, and prestigious neighborhood with lots of trees. Kitchen entrance through outside.
