No cats or dogs* Located 2 blocks from the center of Ybor City, 1 mile to Publix and Channelside, minutes from downtown. Right across the street from a coffee shop. Room available is the master with it’s own bath. Unit is large with an oversized balcony. Some stuff from old roommate is still in the photos, will be removed obviously. A train does run by, sometimes at night. I’ve gotten used to it, it’s not bad from the bedroom. But if you’re a very light sleeper something to consider. Ideally looking for someone to move in August 1st.

I am 30 years old, work from home in healthcare and also go to University of Tampa part time. Like to go out on weekends, but I’m quiet during the week. Very respectful of others privacy and space and expect that you’ll do the same 🙏🏼. I have a cat that is very friendly but does NOT get along with other cats or dogs.
