Overnight guests are allowed 1-2 times a week (specifics to be decided amongst housemates)

I am a quiet, friendly and respectful male in my 30’s, and the other roommate is of similar age range. We both work full time mid-day shifts and would like to find a roommate with a similar work schedule/lifestyle. Both current roommates enjoy quiet activites in our respective rooms, and a chill, clean, atmosphere overall.

Cat lovers appreciated! I have two mostly indoor gremlins, and I look after a couple outdoor cats who come and go as well. At this time there is no room for any additional animals though, sorry.
