Room for Rent in San Bernardino. Its 10 min away from Cal State San Bernardino. It’s a month to month term for $600 month. Bills already included. will also be providing WIFI. We are also looking for a security deposit it can be negotiated. The security deposit will be returned if the room is exactly the same as it Initially was. Ex; no broken knobs, doors, windows, walls, etc. The room is only for 1 person and 1 PERSON ONLY! We are looking for some one who is responsible, smoke- free, and drama free. Only 2 adults live in the home. The bathroom is shareable. It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. You have NO access to the laundry. Street parking. You do have access to the kitchen, but using your own kitchen utensils. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Let me know if you have any questions No extra guest in the room allowed..
