I am renting 1 room out of my 2/2 apartment at the Coral Gables. It’s an unfurnished room with a walk-in private bathroom and a wide closet. The price is $1800 per month except electronic bill. Dadeland between Coral Gabol and Pinecrest, a 5-minute walk to Dadeland Mall, Target, Dicks, Ross, and other shopping centers, and a 1-mile drive to Publix.
The community is a 25-story design with high-end interior finishes, a luxury amenities package, and breathtaking city skyline views. The sky’s the limit at The Palmer Dadeland. As for myself, I am a professional, with two master’s degrees, and I am still taking a doctoral degree program. I am easy-going, clean, quiet, and like cooking. I don’t smoke and I don’t drink. Due to my allergy, I can not live with a pet.

ONLY ONE PERSON’S ROOM TO LIVE. To my future roomie, I hope you are easy-going, clean, honest, reliable, and well-organized with a stable job. No party in the apartment, but you can enjoy the pool, gym, and other amenities. How much will you need to pay?

1. $ 1800 security deposit is refundable when you move out.
2. Monthly rental, $1800 rental per month, water, internet, and amenities are included, but electronic is not included, plus a parking fee of $125 per month if you drive. Non-refundable.
3. Other one-time pay before moving in includes $ 75 a fob, a $100 administration fee, and $100 added to the co-living list as required, a total of $275, non-refundable.
