Zach's room

Property is in a townhouse community, that has a nice a common area and the room itself is on the main floor with door access to the back yard and an en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo). Currently I have a full size bed in the room but nothing else as the room isn’t furnished (I really don’t use it). Parking is a two car carport, but it’s pretty cramped, town home technically has four spaces per town home, two in the carport and two immediately behind. Location wise it’s about 3 minutes from Northshore, Five minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, and 15 minutes from East Brainerd. Will require proof of income, some previous tenant references, and a background check.

Only roomie would be me, my bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor above. Kitchen and living room will be shared, but I have two 55 inch TVs mounted in the living room and two Fridges in the kitchen. Appliances are brand new. Roomie will also be using my own washer and dryer (front loaders). I’m in my late 20s, have a full time job and WFH. get up rather early and usually spend my weekends binge watching TV shows, watching sports, or exploring the town. I’m not a huge drinker or partier and there’s not really a ton of room to do so. I do clean frequently and prefer to have a clean house, so keep that in mind. Roomie would have to abide by HOA bylaws as well (they’re nothing strict or crazy). Somewhat Dog friendly, cool with cats. Will be updating bathrooms by the end of the year.
