Hi, we are looking for a roommate for our 3 bed 2 bathroom Condo in Irving, TX. The house is fully furnished and has appliances. It’s located in a gated community. Rent is $900-$1000 and everything is included. We prefer to have someone in the same age range as us. Also pets are not allowed at this location and you need to pass a background check to qualify for this Condo.

Roommate 1: I have lived in Minnesota all my life and have always wanted to move to a warmer place. So I decided to pick up and move to Dallas. 31 year old male. likes to cook, exercise, read books, & Youtube. Part of networking/philosophy/social groups. Usually, works from home from 7-4 pm and then go to the Gym.

Roommate 2: Lived in Texas all of his life. 25 year old male, working as a software engineer nearby. likes watching good shows / movies, anime, reading books / Manga, and playing different sorts of video games. (Plans to have a really nice movie setup in the living room with some nice speakers and a phat 4k TV!) loves debate and arguing and topic (politics, religion, philosophy, etc). Also 420 friendly. Works 8-5 M-W, and work from home Th-F.

5. What do you do for work? How long have you been working? What is your yearly income?

6. What are some ideas you have to keep the common living areas clean?
