We’re looking for someone trustworthy and who’s just overall a good person who’s polite and respectful.

So as far as the location, we are literally right next door to Boiserranc Park. It’s really Buena Park, but our zip code is West Anaheim.

The vibe here is very laid back. Two down to earth adults, no teenagers or small children, but we do have a friendly dog. We’re both very down to earth, no fluff type of people who like to keep the atmosphere relaxed. For the most part we are in search of someone who’s easy to get along with and respectful of a few simple house rules. We keep a place that’s welcoming and stress free and would like to find someone who will not disrupt the relaxed feel of our home.

It’s an end unit house, so it’s location is ideal. Right behind our garage is a secluded grass area. You can set up volleyball, play freesbee, read a book, have a picnic, etc. It’s a peacefully and quaint bonus area. Great for those that like to be outside in the fresh air, and for students who need a quiet place to study.

Please understand, this is not the right fit for anyone looking to have parties, hang outs, desires having sleepovers, or who wants to be bringing random people in and out of the house. It’s not that type of environment here. This is a family home, so we are desiring a person with good demeanor, good character, and a nice personality to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Any aggression, drinking, substance abuse, smoking (in or out), vapor, pot, or vices are NOT tolerated here.

The ideal candidate is someone who has minimal kitchen needs (grab n go), works outside of the home, has a full schedule, is polite, responsible, has a friendly attitude and who’s easy going.

If you’re not friendly by nature or you can’t hold a conversation without cussing, and you want absolutely no interaction of any kind with us, then we wish you the best, but this would not be the place for you.

Being quiet and shy is 100% okay, but we are not looking for someone who has no self awareness about how their vibe effects the rest of the house. If you can’t be a little interactive, at least every once in a blue moon, it begins to get weird for us. Not everyone is a people person. We get that. However, we’d like someone who can at least say, hello back and who isn’t going to be rude. We’ll be living together, so at least be able to have minor small chat here and there so the energy in the house stays warm and welcoming. That’s all we really ask.

Additional info: Room it’s 10 x 10 in size, not including the closet, which is a decent size that has a shelf for storage on top.

As per the kitchen. It is light kitchen access (grab n go). You will be provided a shelf in the frig, have use of the microwave, but we are seeking someone who doesn’t require a great amount of kitchen use at this time.

There is also a nice private community pool that you can use anytime (7 days a week)to spend time with family and friends. There is also laundry on home premises that is included with all utilities.

So, if you’re a clean person by nature, live a clean honest life, and are respectful of the property and space of others, then we think you’ll be happy here.
