East 20th Street

Hey I found a 2 bedroom 1 bath avaliable rn. Its a great location and only a 30 second walk to “our bar” in costa mesa. The landlord really likes me and wants to get me in if I can find someone to go in with. He is sending my photos later today (now updated).

I’m 30, with a 2.5 year old husky so I’d take the larger room (barely) and pay 150 extra, mostly because I have a dog. I am in marketing and work super close but, rn I’m fully working in the office. I’m super open minded, clean and easy to live with I think.

The place has a parking spot and a garage. It’s only 5 units and a but of an older place. Surrounded by really nice homes but the only real upgrades are the flooring and granite counters. It’s really not fancy inside but the large deck is a huge plus!

I like going on hikes, playing video games, watching movies, anime, going to the beach, playing mtg and stuff like that. I gonout and have some drinks 1-2 times a week at most and play pool or dance but nothing crazy.
