Townhome has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, furnished with all the large appliances to include washer and dryer in a desirable area of University Place. I am renting out one unfurnished bedroom with one assigned uncovered parking space, in a gated community, no drugs, no pets, fireplace, community pool, split level, shared bathroom upstairs, and 7 minutes driving distance and easy jog to Chambers Bay golf course and park. Must be willing to share chores. Although utilities are included, cable and internet are not available, but willing to install and share cost.

I am a single guy, no kids, no pets, non-smoker, minimalist, focused on work, low-key, clean, and chilled. Looking for a roomie with similar characteristics.
