Renting out the entire 1st story of a 3 story townhouse: spacious, brand new home, first floor includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and 1 additional closet. Townhouse is located off of Coliseum Drive; 10 minutes from Langley AFB, 5 minutes from Peninsula Town Center and 2 minutes from the Coliseum. This room will be available July 1st. Rent will be $1250.00/mo with $625.00 deposit. Utilities and Internet will be included. The use of the washer and dryer will be an additional $50 a month. I have a Golden Doodle, he is hypoallergenic and does not shed. Unfortunately, this house is not pet-friendly to any other pets.

I am an Air Force Officer so during the week I am gone for most of the day and usually will be at home on the weekends. I prefer my home to be clean and neat. I am looking for people who believe in cleanliness and who can match the chill, relaxed vibe of the home.
