Coventry Lane

A downstairs room in a very spacious 2 story house in Windsor Park. Very close to the popular Mueller area, this house has a lot of character and some great current roommates. I have lived here for about a year and a half and have decided to move in with my partner so looking for someone to sublease my room to.

Ideally looking for someone who can take over my lease so if you have steady employment and can show for it on an application that would probably be the best case since we have been renting through a rental agency.

Little backstory, I moved into this house with friends that I am in a band with to make music/jam in. Most of the time it’s quiet however if you can jive with occasional drumming or playing/recording music (the upstairs floor we turned into a music studio) then everything should be okay. My current roomies all work service industry jobs and one roomie in particular is on tour with his band throughout the year so is in and out of the house frequently. If you are yourself a musician, play music or can understand this creative dynamic that would be sweet, other than that it’s usually pretty low key in terms of activity. There is also a movie/projector room for movie nights as well as a N64 where so classic gaming takes place.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer for laundry, backyard, garage for storage if needed. Utilities are shared among everyone so it’s usually not too bad split 4 ways.

Looking for someone to take over hopefully before August 1st but am also okay with a September 1st move in if time allows.

3 guys, Dylan, Joey and Norrie. All very clean and respectable. Dylan is a musician and big film nerd and works as a Caddy for a golf club for work. Joey likes to play drums, enjoys soccer and is a valet driver for work. Norrie also enjoys to play music and tours regularly with his band. He also like to play video games.
