Newer home, 1 bedroom with adjoining bathroom available.

I have a small workout room with an exercise bike, treadmill and bench with adjustable kettle ball and adjustable dumbbells that you can use.

Roomies would have full kitchen use, dining area and access to den w reclining sofa and the workout items mentioned. One vehicle parking space available.

*****No drama, No kids for the weekend etc as that doesn’t seem to work out. Occasional overnight guests ok, key word “occasional” ;)

The shared bathroom is between both bedrooms. Male roommate is gone with work and FSU 80 hours a week.

If you need a room in a nice clean, quiet home and are an adult that knows how to be considerate and respectful please inquire.

One small, chill dog lives here so you must like a small quiet perfectly behaved little female dog. .
*No loud music (earbuds preferred)

***No gamers as that experience is something that I don’t want to deal with again. A grown man yelling at kids while playing games all hours of the night doesn’t work with normal quiet adults that sleep regular hours :/

I work early and until 4-7 pm depending on my day, I work M-F and am usually in bed by 10-11 PM on weekdays so I’d prefer roommates that would keep things quiet during the night. NO night owls that roam the kitchen throughout the night.

Prefer you get small refrigerator/microwave for your room but there is room in garage refrigerator for your things. Thanks:)
